What is the

Click on the link to select which online clinic you want
to attend.

Complete ordering process with share*it. You will
be sent an email with registration information.

Open the email that contains the registration
information for the clinic. Click Register Now in the
email.

Fill out the provided registration form.

You will receive an email confirming your registration
for the clinic along with the option to add the clinic
information to your Outlook® Calendar.*
How do I join the clinic online?

Open the registration confirmation email that you
received or open the Outlook calendar appointment.

If prompted, click Yes or Grant to accept the download.

You will be entered into the clinic, and the Attendee
Control Panel and GoToWebinar Viewer Window will appear.

Check your clinic confirmation for the conference call
service that the has provided and dial in to the
conference call. This is a toll free number, no
charges will apply.
How do I leave the clinic?

From the Attendee Control Panel File Menu, select
Exit – Leave Webinar.

On the Are you sure you want to leave the Webinar?
confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
How do I ask questions during the
clinic?
The
audio portion of the clinic is listen only but with the
Question and Answer pane, you can submit questions and
review answers. You can also save a Question and Answer log
for review after the clinic has ended.
To
save Question and Answer log

Under the File menu, select Save Quest ion and Answer
Log .
This opens the "Save Question and Answer Log" dialog
that allows you to store the filelocally.

Browse to the location you would like to save it and
click Save.
